    Reporting to the Manager, HRSSC Process Excellence, the Analyst, HRIS Testing & Training will own the end-to-end business testing process. They will be responsible in performing testing of the SAP HR system including areas such as benefits, HR Master Data and Payroll as well as other supporting systems that interface with our SAP HR system.  This position will be accountable for predicting performance failures and identify the root cause of those failures. The Analyst, HRIS Testing and Training will also provide training and guidance on SAP to the HRSSC.

     

    Key Tasks:

    • Work closely with the HRSSC team members, IT, and other HR team members to analyze and resolve various questions and issues related to SAP and Workforce business processes and transactions
    • Establish test cases, based on business rules, that ensure the system(s) is set up according to business requirements
    • Developing and entering test scenarios, correcting data, researching questions or issues submitted by the HRSSC team or other HR counterparts and/or working with the project team to identify and implement technical solutions
    • Responsible for providing timely and accurate test results in an easily understandable format
    • Responsible for coordinating data and testing for twice annual support pack upgrades.
    • Support testing for ongoing projects
    • Strong relationship building skills with all levels within the organization

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR and/or IT
    • A minimum of 3 years SAP experience
    • Prior experience with HR transactions and data required
    • Experience with SAP HCM is required
    • Demonstrated understanding of different testing techniques in order to produce effective test case
    • Experience with Workforce Time Management Solution
    • Prior project experience, testing, analysis of HR transactions and data
