    This position will be responsible for all aspects of plant production and shipping processes of products and handling of materials at the Joplin PCS Phosphate Plant. This position will require operating various types of mobile equipment. This is a full-time position with benefits.  Work hours are a weekly twelve hour rotating shifts Monday thru Thursday; 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, working 44 and 36 hour weeks.  Weekends and overtime are required as needed. 

    Key Tasks:

    • Responsible for the performance of equipment throughout the Feed Ingredients Plant
    • Responsible for maintaining an efficient truck loading process through use of the site PLC system to process customer shipments
    • Responsible for monitoring of product and raw material inventories
    • Responsible for performing production/quality checks as assigned
    • Responsible for following all facility safety standard operating procedures and activtely participating in site safety processes

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to lift 60 lbs
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Current Driver's License
    • A minimum of one year in a manufacturing plant is not necessary, but preferred
