    This position reports to the Sr Manager, HRBP, Allan & Lanigan. Initial primary location is Allan Division, but ability to travel to Lanigan is required.

    Key Tasks:

    • Responsible for establishing and maintaining credibility and trust with employees, union leadership and management.
    • Responsible for partnering with management and union leadership to create and maintain a positive, proactive work environment.
    • Provides advice to basic internal collective agreement inquiries.
    • Assist with on-site data and reporting.


    • Demonstrated commitment to customer service

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong organization and administrative skills

    • Demonstrated problem solving skills (ability to question, listen, analyze, evaluate and find solutions)


    • Business degree, preferably with a Human Resources focus
    • 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience, preferrably in a unionized environment
    • Practical experience interpreting CBA's is an asset
