    Reporting to the Mill General Foreman, the incumbent will have overall responsibility for the monitoring of processes to meet safety, producation and quality objectives while maintaining cost control goals.

    Key Tasks:

    • Plan and execute work assignments
    • Plan work of production employees and direct the workforce
    • Maintain safe working conditions

    Skills:

    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships, including between departments
    • Ability to motivate and lead others

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a plant operating environment, preferably in potash mining
    • At least 2 years of lead hand or supervisory experience in an industrial environment
