    Reporting to the Preservation-Turnaround Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.

    Key Tasks:

    • Inputs data from time sheets into computerized payroll system (SAP).
    • Creates, process and maintain contractor time sheets and labor reports.
    • Maintains correspondence and other records arranged systematically in a file according to established procedures.
    • Administer programs, projects, turnarounds and/or processes specific to Borger
    • Plans, coordinates activities (internal/externa) in alignment with Growing Together culture.
    • Assists others within Agrium regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, accountings payable, and answering phones.
    • Prepares correspondence from meetings, prepare charts, org charts, time lines etc.
    • Performing other duties as assigned and directed.



    • Able to communicate with all levels of personnel (verbal and written)
    • Must have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP) and the ability to learn new operating systems.
    • May schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Five plus years in a secretarial role, preferably supporting manufacturing processes.
    • Lift 10 pounds safely.
