    Reporting to the Manager, Operations Accounting, the Advisor, AP Training and Field Support will be responsible for training of field and back office personnel on existing systems, software, policies, procedures and processes, contribution to creation of new policies and procedures, partnering with Nutrien departments and internal stakeholders to identify training needs and documentation requirements.

    Key Tasks:

    • Complete documentation of new or existing AP processes and standardize training across all AP teams
    • Identify areas for process change or improvement with focus on best practices
    • Train and educate AP teams and the broader Finance organization on AP processes, systems and technology
    • Partner with Field personnel to ensure timely clean-up of aged AP transactions; monitoring and reporting on open invoice trends
    • Train and educate Field users on Nutrien Ag Solutions systems, software and processes
    • Partner with M&A to train new employees specifically related to newly acquired facilities
    • Contribute to documentation of new policies and procedures
    • Continual review of existing policies, procedures and training material to ensure documentation is up to date
    • Partner with process owners and departments to learn, define and document training content as well as to identify best practices in new and existing processes
    • Oversight and management of ARS related enhancement requests
    • Special projects and other duties as assigned by Operations Accounting Management
    • Embrace new ideas and challenge the status quo to improve current processes and foster continuous improvement
    • Approximately 25% travel to Regional/Divisional meetings, newly acquired facilities and/or Divisions/Branches for the purposes of training on Company systems, policies, procedures or processes

    • Ability to multi-task and simultaneously complete/manage competing priorities
    • Strong integrity and business ethics
    • Strong verbal, written and computer (MS Office) skills
    • Ability to travel throughout the US and Canada

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with Business or Financial Emphasis
    • 4-6 years of relevant business experience
    • Experience in Training and Process/Procedure documentation preferred
    • ARS and TAP experience required, PeopleSoft experience is a plus
