    One of four shift mechanics reporting to the Mill Maintenance Shift Supervisor.

    Key Tasks:

    • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task and ensure the safety of fellow employees
    • Responsible for scheduled and break-in mechanical/maintenance work throughout the Mill
    • Diagnose, maintain and repair of all Mill equipment

    Skills:

    • Positive safety behaviour and safety leadership
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

    Qualifications:

    • Posses a valid Saskatchewan or Interprovincial Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic Certificate
    • Stable work record
    • Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset
