    The Project Engineer reports to the Superintendent of Project Engineering, who in turn reports to the Engineering Manager.  Peer groups include Project Engineers within the group and Process Engineers within the department.

    Key Tasks:

    Skills:

    • Knowledgeable in the design and implementation of all engineering disciplines
    • Capable of working with various departments and levels within the organization, and highly organized
    • Project management and controls, and systems
    • Working knowledge of codes and standards as they apply to process equipment and capital project upgrades

    Qualifications:

    • BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
    • 5 - 10+ years’ experience in chemical plant, refinery, power plant, or other relevant industry.
    • Design experience related to these industries is considered as being equivalent.
    • Consideration of Construction Management degree, coupled with the appropriate experience and expertise
