We are currently seeking a driven Merchandise Salesperson to join our team in Moe.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Branch Manager and other members of staff, this role is responsible for providing sales and administration support including:

• Loading and unloading, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries
• Forklift operation
• Managing stock storage and display areas
• Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
• Assist customers with pricing and product queries  
• Processing counter sales through POS
• Maintaining safety processes
• Assistance with merchandise campaign material

Please note this role includes a rotating Saturday roster

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
• Effective verbal communications skills
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer and internal issues promptly
• Forklift ticket is advantageous or willingness to obtain
